Plastic injection mold packing
Plastic injection mold is packing before shipping, after molded sample is approved by customer. It is end of job for mold making.
First, it should be clear all mold component, as painting anti-rust during mold assembly. It will painting thin, clear one if it is ship by air, or thick, green on when it is ship by sea.

Mold design is including DFM, Mold Flow Analysis, 2D Mold Layout and 3D Mold Drawing. It is part lay out, part line making, gate design, runner design, gating way, ejection method, cooling layout, etc.
